Parker Seminars Italy - Not by Chance!
PSI 2010 established a new quality standard in Europe for the delivery of post-graduate education! The depth, breadth and excellence of the continuing education offered by Parker Seminars was not by chance. Still misunderstood by many as being a practice building program, over the decades Parker Seminars has in fact, grown to be the world’s most renowned and reliable source for chiropractic post-grad continuing education on all levels. Ask any of the 312 chiropractors who attended the seminar if they were satisfied with the 24 ninety minute sessions offered by 14 highly talented speakers on the subjects of: applied clinical neurology, pediatrics, cervical trauma, chiropractic principles, athlete care, subluxation, soft tissue injury, patient care, wellness, practice procedures, sports science, Gonstead & SOT techniques and they will respond “YES”. Not only were delegates impressed by the academic quality and the choice of educational subjects, but they were equally enthusiastic about the "learning atmosphere" that was created within the “tailor-made” Melià Convention Center. Considering the participation of a score of exhibitors, the concurrent classes for 118 Chiropractic Assistants, the representation of 6 chiropractic colleges, the presence of numerous chiro-organizations and the more than 200 accompanying persons, what happened in Rome was an outstanding gathering by anyone’s standards!
The keynote speaker, Dr. Joe Dispenza, offered a spell-binding presentation connecting the mind, thoughts and neuro-physiology. To single out any other speaker would be unfair as all were superb in their presentation and subject matter (see website www.psi2010.com for details). As post-graduate education was a prime objective, the AIC obtained select course accreditation for both North American license renewal and European continuing professional development credits. The CA course (six 90 minute sessions conducted by three instructors, and translated into 3 languages) was a huge success, confirming Parker Seminars as #1 for CA training!
A total of 21 countries were represented; with a large delegation coming from Spain and an equally impressive group from as far away as Australia! At the end of the Opening Session, the AIC held an inaugural garden dinner attended by nearly 300 people, between delegates, accompanying persons, and special invitees. This proved to be the perfect setting to meet old friends and make new ones, while sampling Mediterranean specialties, with sangria and local wines. Dinner was accompanied by continuous live entertainment, including an “Acqua Show” performed by internationally renowned female athletes, and a band that kept the atmosphere “just right”. Door prizes and a raffle helped make for a great social “kick-starter”, and with Rome as a backdrop, everyone had a memorable and prolific experience. As proven with this milestone convention, these are the ingredients to a highly successful and rewarding seminar.
In its quest to pace continuing education, the AIC will present in Rimini, June 18-19 - “Principle and Philosophy of the Gonstead Technique from the Beginning til Today” by Drs. Gary Pennebaker & Andrea Cecchi. Check AIC website for details: www.chiropratica.it

Cross Wired
Dr. Thomas to Dr. Anthony, “I communicated with BJ last night and got some really good feedback”. Anthony inquires, “BJ who?” and Thomas replies, “BJ Palmer, who else would we be talking about”. “Well that sounds a little strange.” says Anthony. Thomas then explains to Anthony the whole story about BJ’s channeling talents and his ability to automatic write the thots and ideas that he received from the higher source of Universal Intelligence. Anthony, a little skeptical about his friend’s beliefs, plants a simple question, “So?” And Thomas affirms that BJ is, even now, on-line and continually transmitting his thots to whoever takes the time to make the mental connection. “OK!, OK!, so what did he tell you?”, asks Anthony. “That he’s really excited about a big time lyceum happening in the Eternal City; he considers the PSI 2010 to be a big leap forward in the universal expansion of our fine profession and the modern interpretation of its Science, Art and Philosophy. He even said that he’s going to do his best to be there.” Anthony in a startled tone, “What does that mean?” Thomas replies, “I don’t know, I lost the transmission.”
